Utile is the first leading platform of the Praetorian Construction. Praetorian Construction is one of the pioneers in recycling and zero waste in the building industry. It all began with extra items which they had to be sent to waste, repurpose by entrepreneur and CEO of the Praetorian Company he came with the idea for a platform where items in construction could be either sold for less or given away for free as they were   destined for landfill. Our founder recognised an opportunity to save items from waste and care for environment.
